Schleich 14212 Fuchs

I’ve been hunting for this retired wild animal figure for ages, and the quality is exactly what I hoped for. It’s got a nice weight and the side-glance pose feels more lifelike than most newer pieces I own.

The paint detail on this little fox’s face is surprisingly crisp for a figure released back in 1990, and the tail has a nice natural curve. It fits perfectly with my other vintage animal figures.

Picked this up after seeing it missing from a friend’s collection—the mold detail on the fur and the little black nose still holds up incredibly well after all these years. It’s the perfect size for a small shelf display without taking up too much space.
