Schleich 14774 Schwarzer Panther

The crouched pose captures that ready-to-pounce feeling perfectly, and the paint job on the eyes gives it an almost eerie realism. My cat actually froze when she first saw it sitting on the shelf.

The detailed sculpting on this panther's face really captures that sleek, watchful look. It's surprisingly sturdy too, so it holds up well during my kid's imaginative playtime.

My son is obsessed with big cats and this panther's sleek, stretched-out pose looks like it's mid-stalk, perfect for his jungle scenes. The paint job is clean with a nice glossy sheen on the black body, and it's solid enough to survive being thrown in the toy bin.
