Maia & Borges ライセンス Schleich M16254 パールチョウチョウウオ

Finally tracked down this 1998 release and it doesn’t disappoint—the hand-painted butterfly pattern is even more delicate in person, and the perch on the tail fin is a nice touch for display. It’s a small piece, but the weight feels solid for its age.

The hand-painted details on this little fish are surprisingly delicate for a figure from 1998—the colors really pop. It fits perfectly with the rest of my vintage Schleich collection.

Found this 1998 pearl butterflyfish hiding in a shop online and couldn't believe the condition it's in after all these years. The hand-painted finish is so delicate and vibrant, it looks like it just came off the production line. A real gem for anyone hunting older licensed pieces.
