Schleich 14711 Weisswedelkalb

The paintwork on the calf’s coat blends from pale tan to white so smoothly, it looks like a tiny museum piece. My daughter’s been carrying it around for a week and the little ears still haven’t chipped, which is more than I can say for some of her other toys.

The little deer’s pose is so lifelike, I caught myself doing a double-take when I first saw it on the shelf. The sculpting around the ears and hooves is impressively crisp for such a small figure. My kid’s already set it up in the middle of a play farm scene, and it fits right in.

The little ears are so perfectly sculpted, and the painted spots look just like a real fawn's. My son hasn't put it down since it arrived.
