Schleich 13824 Erpel

My kids keep grabbing this one out of the bin for their pond setup—the iridescent green head really pops against the other ducks. Feels solid enough to survive a few drops onto the hardwood, which is always my biggest worry with these.

The little drake's colorful shimmer really pops under natural light, and the paint job on the bill is remarkably clean. My kid was thrilled to add him to the farm set.

The detailing on the feathers is surprisingly crisp for such a small figure—my son has already started creating little stories with it. It stands sturdy on the shelf without tipping over, which is a big plus for younger kids.
