Schleich 16405 Ceratosaurus

The paint job on this ceratosaurus is surprisingly intricate for the price, with those little scales and teeth clearly defined. It stands steady on its own, which is nice for display on a shelf next to other figures. My kid has been making it chase the herbivores across the living room floor.

My son has been obsessed with dinosaurs lately and this one has become the centerpiece of his play table. The sculpting on the head and scales is incredibly detailed for a figure this size.

The jaw articulation is solid enough for a toy, and the sculpted texture on the back makes it stand out on my shelf next to the others. My kid grabbed it for a dino battle before I even finished unpacking, and it's held up fine.
